Hi,  Just found this forum and need to ask for help.
I have a 1997 2.2TD Espace that has just failed the MOT due to a problem with the ABS pump.  The brakes work fine, despite the fault.
I've removed the pump and sent it off to be be reconditioned have been told that this is not possible with this pump, hence need a replacement.
The part I need is an ABS modulator Bosch 0 265 216 012.
Does anyone know where I can get a replacement please?

not that I know anything about this particular part, but I would normally contact Will Falconer / MatraMagic at www.matramagic.co.uk  and se what he can offer.

if he cannot supply the part, have a look at:
    http://www.matrasport.dk/pointers.html#spares
for other sources of Marta parts.

Lennart, perhaps you should update the list with some Renault parts suppliers since I think most of those on your list are oriented towards the Matra sports cars.

I have a list of Danish suppliers here: http://dinsen.net/espace/reservedele

Internationally, I know about one trading in germany through eBay:

true.
In the 11 years Matrasport has existed, I have always wanted keep Matrasport international - so the address-list is very rudimentary, and as you say mainly focused on sources af original Matra parts.

However, the "Links" list has nevertheless grown out of proportions, so some change is definitely needed.

I think having some kind of structure would be a good thing. I have been looking at different "wiki" systems for this, so that (power-)visitors could add good sources, and we could have an internationally useable register.

However, I have not yet found a system which integrates in an elegant way. I want normal visitors to be presented with something as simple as now - and "power-users" who can login to the wiki, to have the wiki-interface to add more addresses etc.

I dislike sites where normal users click on a link, and is then quite obviously thrown into a wiki.

I also would like to have a wiki-based "alternatives" list, so that we can share information of which parts can be sourced from other vendors etc.

Coming back to the ABS modulator 'kg' is looking for, I would think that MatraMagic would either be able to source, or know alternatives for it - Will has a lot of this "alternatives" info in his head, so for the time being, Will is my "wiki"  :-)

Wiki here! But I'm sorry I know nothing about ABS pumps.
I would try a Bosch specialist first.

Failing that I wonder if a used one might come up on eBay.

I have a 1998 2.2 diesel laguna which I am breaking for spares.
I am fairly certain that the ABS is the same as the espace.
If you still need the parts let me know.
