I bought them used on eBay long ago, but with my new Thule box, I don't need them anyway.
They are necessary if you want to fit any other roof box, where they protect the roof bars. Here's a photo how I used a set of these with roof box on our first Espace:

Hi! I'v told Anders, that I would like to buy them!
And I STILL WANT THEM! - But, my car isen't running. - The idea was to take the car to southen france this month, but no. - The car's isent running.

But - Since I can't use them to at least the nexxt 2 months, you are welcome to borow them. - Then you only need 2 more.
They are still at Anders.
