Haven't used it myself but here is an option that sounds pretty good.

Frosts do a lot of good restoration supplies and have an Agent in quite a few European countries I see.

I've just used the red version on a pair of rear calipers I've just finished overhauling.  Looks good, but I can't say yet how it will last, because I haven't fitted them.

Don't laugh.

Paint for rusty garden fences.
Still OK after 2 years.



It is very important to boil the calipers in water with soda.
It is to get the greace and dirt out of the iron.
The paint will stick better on the surface.

I have searched the manufacturer, but I don't see a place to order it. Where did you get yours and do you know of an online shop that carries it?

I did a search for it.
The dutch website.

www.rambo.nl

I doubt they deliver abroad.
There I found the manufacterer.

They have a part where is a scandinavion sector, but clicking ends up to nothing.
I am afraid that it is difficult to find outside the Netherlands, but I think there are more firms that produce it.

By using the PPG, I did find a Danish representative. I have written them to find a local dealer.

They are located in Køge, syd for København. But the mail i sent them came back. The mailserver could not resolve the name.  Huh I will try to find a phone number.

I think the Rambo stuff is a kind of Hammerite.
If You can't find it and really want it I can send, but I pay around €14.- a can, and shipping pretty is expensive.

... but was too expensive considering that I have most of the stuff in the kit all ready. I think ordinary Hammerit will do just fine as long as you prep the metal thoroughly.  
To that end I have sandblasted my calibers, and soaked them in "evapo-rust" a couple of days.Finally I'm prepping them with this stuff :
