Parts wanted

Morning All.
Can anyone help with a couple of parts?
I am after an indicator lens for the front wing. I have a 4 but only one of them is still orange and I don't really want to fit orange bulbs! Secondly I am after anyone who can advise where I can get the rubber trim strips that go around the rear side windows! I have scoured ebay and amazon and cant find anything suitable. As usual your help is greatly appreciated.

Can one assume you are looking for Murena parts? If its for the Bagheera then DS19 and some renault parts should fit.

Simon Auto have them in their online shop. Top one is part number 20047 and bottom 20048 I believe the original Matra parts were 00325836 00 and 00325838 00 respectively. bit pricey at 11.9 euros.

They also have the indicator Simon number 16024 but looks like you can get just the outer orange lense. Which is Simon part 16024A at 9.40 Euros

There are probably products available from Car Builder Solutions or Wiring Products which would look ok if you change both and aren't too fussed about originality.

Tried CBS ebay and amazon, Halfords etc may have to try Simons. One thing for sure, wont be trying Masarati!!!! taken at goodwood a few weeks ago, Masarati Granturismo MC. Stolen from Matra?...LOL

It is like a few Fiat vehicle of a similar age, Fiat Barchetta/Coupe.

 but at this price you could get the lenses from Simon and the part number I mentioned 16024 is the whoile fitting and 16024A is just the lense.
Also on ebay cones as a smoked (might look ok on your black) using orange bulb

that's fantastic gents..now do I go smoked or orange???

Am also looking for a "chrome" door handle! I have two black ones but the chrome looks better.thought they were of a Peugeot 405 but doesn't appear to be correct!

Does anyone think it would be worth starting a "SPARES" page? similar to "market place" instead of listing individual parts a catalogue of all available spares would be listed and it could be peoples first port of call before SIMONS?

I started a list of all my parts and got bored after the first two pages! so havnt done anything with it!

Something along the lines of

1.6 starter                  (working when removed)
front l/h wing              (7/10)
radiator                      (9/10)
l/h mirror                   (9/10 incorrect glass fitted)
r/h mirror                  (9/10 incorrect glass fitted)

etc etc.......where we list the condition in an honest description... I have got rid of a small amount of parts and even given some away! I have almost an entire car!!!!

I think the handles are from a Peugeot 505, they probably are all black.  The  "pull out" part is usually painted in body colour.

O.K..........so this was just an idea! but I have had several enquiries for parts already! So... I will list some of them maybe tomorrow or over the weekend. I will also post my conditions of sale at the same time and a way to value them all along with "my" honest opinion of condition.
