You can probably get the 2.0T engine to fit on the JE, and I'd think the engine mount points are the same. You might need some heat shielding as I think the turbo is behind the engine. But since the 2.0T engine is fitted on some models of Avantime, I think it would be quite possible to do the conversion and copy the setup from there (if you can find an Avantime Turbo that is)
Yes, I'd assume there would be an intercooler involved.
I have no idea of the differences between the Clio Sport engine and the F4R. Probably cam timing, ignition timing, and fuel management. Perhaps also exhaust manifold and inlet manifold, i.e. air management. Pistons may also be different. You will probably need to address this question to a Renault forum.
