when refitting gearbox it says follow procedure in technical note 3345a
does anyone know what the proceedure is or have a copy of the techical note
have looked in the vault but cant see there

I have no idea about the note but i do know you cannot bleed the clutch on a Mk3 Espace 2.2Dci as its a sealed unit.
I had one let go in mine and when they replace them, the mastercycliner, slave cyliner and the pipe allcome as one ready filled and fully sealed system. You can only swap them out if they fail, you cannot bleed them

I was told the same (that it’s a sealed complete system). The actuating rod popped out of the slave cylinder on mine (it had a plastic bit on the end that broke) and my pet garage guy prepared me for the worst. But he had a new rod made up and got it back in without touching the rest of the system.

It has been done before despite being a sealed unit.
Take a look at the forum topic

thanks guys
yep, know its sealed, just wondered what the procedure is that they refer to.
cant be much as all you can do is check level of fluid and pump the pedal !!
got to change clutch soon
