I just *have* to test you.... I can't offer a prize.... What is 60 25 371 279 and from which model year does it apply? From memory that part number is the front brake pads for Espace III's equipped with 305mm vented discs and Lucas calipers.... so V6 and 2.2 diesel BUT... also on Avantime so the year is dependent upon model/variant. So 2000 to 2002 for the Espace's and from May 2001 for Avantimes... except for 2.0 Turbo which was from November 2001. Martin

i've given up trying to remove it with engine in situ and have started taking engine out.
Renault advocate taking the engine out to replace the turbo anyway. If I remember the details of the Technical Note correctly there is an oil feed pipe that apparently cannot be refitted properly whilst the engine is in situ without serious risk of the pipe or joint fracturing causing oil starvation to the turbo and resultant consequences. If I can get time to put my computer back into the same state it was in before one of the kids came home from university I'll pull off the Technical Note covering the 2.2dCi turbo from my old Renault Dialogys system.... it needs old versions of Quicktime, Java and Acrobat to run and my son updated Quicktime to get itunes to operate.... why do kids always seem to have to mess with your machine when they have their own to screw with?
