Oh... thank you Anders!

And the very nice looking speakers in the last picture is also up for grabs  :o

There's a good chance the speedo and wheels have allready been sold.

By the way Anders, seems like Finn might take the conrods, pistons etc. as he might have to take yet another closer look at the engine  :(
Also, what part did Otto take for his oil pressure gauge, cause Finn would like the speedo unit, as he is having problems monitoring the oil pressure and this might be the reason for all his engine trouble...

As long as the pistons and conrods don't get scrapped, that's good. If Finn can use them, excellent (though for him I would have preferred if he couldn't - I'm afraid he's training for the world championship in Murena engine removal :(

Otto took the oil level electronics, that has nothing to do with the pressure gauge. I think Hans took the pressure sender on the engine, but it's better to get a new one anyway.

Oh yes, the speakers....... HiFi....... need I say more??
BTW: Where were they fitted?

The silver speakers where fitted in the door panels that Jesper took...

Finn told me he have allready checked the pressure sender, and it seems to be fine.
Yes it seems like Finn haven't been lucky at all... I believe it's the 3rd engine renovation within a year!  :-\

Good question... I can try to get a price for shipping, but I guess it will be to expensive!

You're not planning on going to Denmark shortly  ;)

Unless there is a big classic car event ;)

I think shipping will cost the same as leather seats from carjoy.

I am not very seriousy interested in these seats, but they will improve my interior a lot!

Hi Bart,

Shipping to NL would be approx. 70-80€... not to bad.

How are the wankel project going?

do you have a left rear suspensionarm? 1.6?

Hi Oskar,

Yes I have one from my HDI project car that I don't expect to use anymore.
Though I was planning to keep it in case I would like to convert it back sometime.

If you need one, I don't mind selling it...?

Regards,
Valdemar

Hej

Title: Re: Murena parts
Post by: Waldo on August 28, 2008, 05:47:50 pm
Hmm...

Google Translator is your friend in these circumstances.  I must say the mixed Danish and Swedish confused me though :)

They are still in the chassis... I didn't remove them when I did the final suspension parts as the rain set in  :(

Oh... just remembered I got an orig. 2.2 exhaust manifold in great condition, so that's been added to the list  ;)

Hi Waldo

As the manifold still on page 1, do you still have it.

I know it is nearly a year ago since last entrance, but i have a go.

If you have the manifold, do you also have the next piece, from the manifold to the the exhaust (in danish fordeler røret)

As far as I know after the car-vultures had finished their meal the empty car carcass was send to scrap due to lack of storage space.

My restauration project proceeds, but I need some parts:

-a pair of inner covers of the taillights (in the boot)
-a vacuum bottle of the headlight mechanism
-an original speaker (the left one is missing  >:( )
-and I still need a pair of side indicators (complete with wiring, connectors and lamp sockets)

When I bought the car the seller told me, that only the vacuum valve of the headlights failed. The actuator was also unservicable and now after removing the bottle I realised it has a leak...   >:(

If someone has any of the needed parts for sale, please contact me.
