Seriously... who the hell fits a Murena with a trailer hook???
A man with a boat!... I hope a small boat!
Surly he must have another car for towing!!
Or man with motorcycle ;)
Easy guys.
A trailer hook was an original MATRA accessory for the Murena. Just check your documentation.
The Murena was the sports car for the family man: spacious cabin, three seats, reasonable big luggage compartment and the option of having a trailer hook.
If I am not mistaken there was also an original roof rack (for skies) awailable.
Actualy I know of one Murena with an ORIGINAL trailer hook.

You are absolutely right - and I have even seen a (white) Murena with the roofbox in Denmark (owned by an old lady - no idea where the car is these days)

Murena 3.0 V6 - http://www.finn.no/finn/car/object?finnkode=17749655
It is a Carjoy conversion with a 3.0 V6 Alfa motor.
You can recognise the subframe.
There are 12 of these according to the Carjoy site:
http://www.carjoy.nl/about.asp?id=4&action=text
However, the owner made an ugly car of it.

The red V6 for sale is ugly but WOW the black cabrio/targa is amazing! :o Very properly made and really smart system, I like it!

Is that something like 30.000 EUR?
A bit off topic but - leather and engine good. Horrible bodywork completely spoils it though. :(
The white 2.2 sold for £1450. A bit of a bargain. Had I waited, I would have been a lot better with that one that the one I bought. Two new trailing arms would cost almost as much as the complete car!
Agreed, it looked ok for that money! its worth it just for the bits! is it bad of me to see all other Murena's as donors to mine!
The engine was knocking though. Ripe for a transplant.

26.600 EUR current exchange rate.
I have to add that cars ARE very expencive in Norway - a good shape Espace 2001/2002 is still often between 15.000 to 25000 EUR
Stilll such a conversion imo makes it a Ferrari wannabe or something - like those ugly Testarossa conversions of the Alpine A-310 :-\
There is also a "normal" Matra Murena S for sale, 149.000 NOK - http://www.finn.no/finn/car/object?finnkode=17751748
As far as I remember they only converted the 1.6 cars with the pug 205 engine?
