My friend Bert just pointed me to this interesting video. Has any of you seen this?
I would love to modify my Murena this way and get rid of the troublesome 2.2 cylinder head.

Brilliant, thanks for the link. I doubt we will ever have this on our engine Jon, but there are now so many improvements coming along that engines in a few years time will almost bear no resemblance to the present ones. There has already been so many changes that if you could fit a highly efficient modern engine in the Murena you could probably get even more performance and nearly half the consumption!

Very nice step forwards and electronic valves give interesting tuning possebillity's.
You can adjust openingtimes with the laptop.
No need for modified cams and engine wil have less weight.
For Murena? I think not.
It is for most to far of original altough I don't care much as long as it looks like a Murena at first sight.
I keep al parts in stock to make the car original if needed.
