Can anyone advise me if these are any good or if indeed they fit?

I bought a pair of Spax adjustable coilovers from Demon Tweeks . Part No: SPXG695 back in 2002 and still working fine.
Simon in Germany sell these as well, so may be worth doing a price comparison and check to see if the springs are included in the package or not?
