On the Club Arnage forum :
http://www.clubarnage.com/forum/index.php?topic=6199.0;topicseen
members are collecting "interesting" motorsport YouTube links - among
which I saw this from the 1970 British Grand Prix :

Not Matra's finest moment (Pesca crashed his car), but at least they are there :-)
Now, what else can be found on YouTube about Matra ? - searching for "Matra Le Mans" gives a few from Le Mans Classic - and this - 1973 review:

where Pescarolo had a much better day :-)
PS: I normally warn people of places like YouTube as it is an excellent way to reach a large number of user machines - e.g. if you want to spread a virus or similar. But currently I don't think Windows has a media vulnerability that should make people nervous. (Personally I don't use Windows, but thats another story).

3 more Matra clips just uploaded to YouTube by French Matra enthusiast Bernard Bellini, who recorded these during the Le Mans Classic testing 2006 :

All from the main spectator grandstand, following the car from the Ford Chicane to the dunlop curve.
Lovely sound.

This is not Matra, but in case you haven't found it yourself, Zul Racing (who are restoring the MS11 and MS670B) have a full lap of Le mans, filmed from an Alfa T33/3 at the Le Mans Classic 2006.
(this car: http://www.zul-racing.com/images/halest33.jpg )
The video is here: http://www.zul-racing.com/video/lap.htm (11 Mb wmv)
With a bit of luck, we can pursuade them to stick a camera in the MS670B when it probably runs at Le Mans CLassic 2007 ?

Excellent video, though we'll have to wait until 08... as they say on the web site "Rendez-vous en 2008".
BTW WHAT happened to that yellow car?
