Title: timing belt replacement manual help Post by: yellowt5r on September 18, 2011, 03:25:52 pm HI all, im thinking of doing the timing belt on my 2.2 DCI before i attempt it is the any manual out there that will help me as i know is a bit of a pain to do. and is the any special tools required to do the job?

You should use a locking pin set to keep the cam in place if not use tipex to mark the pulleys to belt & mark the new belt to the old one when you have it off.
