Title: dash light not dimming with side/headlights

Just got my espace back from the mot center yay pass no faults..
only problem when i got it back the dashlight no longer dims when the sidelights/headlights are on also the light on the dash that shows the sidelights are on is not coming on with the sidelights.
any idias please..?

If my memory serves me right, something like that happened to mine, in the end I discovered it was the dash dimmer control had been turned down. The side light or headlight warning light (one of the two) is out on mine and I’ve always put it down to the LED gone?

Where is the control for controlling the dash brightness I've been looking in the manual but just can't see it

Thanks that's it the adjuster is under the steering wheel and had been turned to full must just be coincidence that the bulb for the sidelight on the dash blowen at the same time
