Title: Decent quality photos of Matra 670/680 disassembled. Post by: Chernaudi 670 on December 24, 2007, 08:48:48 pm I'm trying to look for photos of Matra 670/680s at least partially disassembled to get some idea of the details of the suspension, mechanicals, and chassis.
I'm asking because I haven't found any good photos of 670s or the 680 being worked on or on display in such a fashion. I know that the 680 is a longshot, as only one was built, but it share the monocoque and suspesion(and powertrain) with the 670B/C. Can someone help out? They've set up a restoration company

Post by: Lennart Sorth on December 30, 2007, 12:11:06 pm I'm trying to look for photos of Matra 670/680s I assume you have seen the 670 and 680 pics here: http://www.matrasport.dk/Cars/Sportsprototypes/M670/Gallery1/index.html http://www.matrasport.dk/Cars/Sportsprototypes/M680/Gallery1/index.html Unfortunately the I don't have the "x-ray" one in higher resolution. there are more M680 pictures from the Matra exhibition at Le Mans in 2002 here: http://www.matrasport.dk/lemans/2002/raceweek/12wed/index.html Still not disassembled, and unfortunately just before I bought a decent camera. At Zul Racing in Derbyshire, they are currently restoring a M670B, which can be seen at this gallery: http://www.matrasport.dk/Cars/Sports-Formula/Stories/20070210/index.html I may have more pics in the archive. Which details are you looking for in particular ? /Lennart Title: Re: Decent quality photos of Matra 670/680 disassembled.
