Title: 99 jeon timming belt change

have just changed timing belt on 99 jeon 2.0 16v petrol,used locking kit for cams and crank pin,turned over by hand before start all ok.now just turns over and not starting,checked all settings all still ok,been at it now for 3 days any ideas.thanks shawn
