Immobiliser blocked does mean no start (blocked in ecu) so i doubt it is disconnected, if so the ecu on your car must have an immobiliser emulator fitted somewhere if it is supposed to be disconnected.

To me the sums of it looks like a voltage feed or earth problem - probably due to a poor connection somewhere, and if your ecu voltage drops low enough due to low feed or bad earth the car will stop and these fault codes are lightly to follow.
