Differences between 2.2 and 2.2S?

I found an ad, which is a 2.2S. I would be interested to see what are the differences between the 2 enigne types 2.2 and 2.2S.

Two double-carburettor, sharp camshaft, different distributor, lighter flywheel and much more fun, that´s an "S" ;-)

The origin "S" has the VIN with "EX", there are also some 142-PS-Kit outside. These one could be ordered through and installed by the Talbot-dealers. I think these modified versions have been something around 200. The "S" was build 480 times
