Cheers guys, it came off eventually, just an enormous hit with a sledgehammer with the bolt supported by a jack, was my very last try before giving up, it was phenomenally stiff, the right side one came off easily though

I have a similar suspension kit made by "GAZ", that also do away with the front torsion bars and just use the damper mount points for the entire front suspension... but I didn't dare to fit it.. I don't completely trust that lover mounting points will not snap under stress.... even though the SPAX kit (in the picture) has been Tüv Approved.
