Newbie question no.1

Hello

As a recent purchaser of a Bagheera S, I am struggling to find the dipstick looking through the small engine access hatch.....can someone point out the (probably) obvious?

If you look "from the top" in front of the carb(s) and below them, roughly on the centre line of the engine, the dipstick top will either have a metal loop or a plastic knob.

It is is missing there will be a metal tube around 8mm diameter looking lonely.
