New rear/tailgate window hinges for Grand Espace JE

Hi

I am looking for a set of new hinges for the tailgate window on my Grand Espace JE from 2002.
One of the hinges have broken and I cannot open the window without risk to break the other one...

Does anyone know part numbers or something I can use for searching ?

I would prefer to buy new parts if possible.

I think that going to be difficult to find any alternative to the Renault dealer.
