Remove window crank (?)

Hello!
I´ve realized that there is some kind of pleasure in being able to open the doors from the outside. But perhaps I´m stupid - but how do I remove the window crank (or what is it called...the thing you use to open the windows?).
Is it just to pull? The workshop manual I have just says "remove"...but I don´t want to force it too hard, if that´s not the way of doing it.
On the Rancho there was some kind of locking ring, but I cant see anything like that on my Murena.

Well - I was wrong, it was the same kind of clip as on the Rancho - but not as easy to see.
