Valve seat angle?

Hello

My colleague, may need to service the cylinder head on his Murena, and therefore we have been looking in the big repair book (in German). There is a picture of the valve seats were the angles is given to be 20, 44 and 60 degrees. To do this, you must use the tools from NEWAY SALES. In the description, you must use tool no. 220, 206 and 213.
We have investigated these tools, and they can make the following angles :

220 = 20 and 45 degree.
206 = 75 degree.
213 = 15 and 60 degree.

No ones makes 44 degrees, only 45. And what do we need tool no. 206 (= 75 degrees) for.
Can anybody explain? Have we misunderstood something?

Best regards

Jeko

Not sure which engine you are referring to Jeko, but the 2.2 engine valve seat angle is 90 to 90.5 degrees which means you need a 45 degree to head face cutter.

Just checked the manual and the 1.6 engine has valve seat angle of 90 degree too.  However, I see the manual shows a seat angle in the head of 44 to 44.5 degrees for both.  This is probably to give a progressive seat as the valve closes.  If you don't have a variable angle seat cutter, just use 45 degrees.
