Dismantling part of steering rack ?

Hi chaps, I need to remove the section of the steering that connects the rack to the track rod end, it is spherical and has a strange sort of locking washer on it where it goes onto the rack, how do I release this washer and apply enough pressure to undo the part?

Hi, I have not done an espace before but you normally tap the tab back with a chisel & undo the arm with a pipe wrench.

Thats what I planned to do, just thought it was best to ask on here first .
