sudden loss of power steering :0(

As Title opened bonnet and the was steering fluid coming out of the little hole of the power steering cap. all pullys look to be moving. was getting a slight burn smell when i first lost steering. is it my rack or pump or something else?

found problem. the back of the steering pump has a removable plate which is held in with a clip. its seems the clip is too weak and popped under pressure.
