Came across this one - not specifically Matra related, apart from it being a young Jackie Stewart explaining the Nürburgring Nordschleife with on-board camera footage:

I specifically like his comment on the missing guardrails, and that the faster you go, the less time you have to be scared :-)
But think (and listen) of the load put on the suspension and the engine ... amazing.
