Sounds like you have a very fair attitude to this and we can work it out, thanks for clarifying it!

Looking forward to meeting you and working tomorrow. I expect to be there about 8.30 or so! Cheesy

We had great fun as documented by the photos on my gallery:

It was a learningfull process we had. I forgot to take my souvenir home with me Sad

Thank you, Waldo for an excellent day. Thanks to Lennart for the better-than-expected weather Grin

I'd like to Thank Waldo, for a nice afternoon, and the opportunity to salvage a lot of useful parts....I think all who came, left with at least a couple of much needed spares..... and if not, at least everybody got some useful "hands on " experience disassembling a Murena    Smiley

I'd also like to thank Anders for some nice and very tasty Pizza!  Grin Grin Grin .
(Though it wasn't the plan that you had to pay for all of us!!)

I will also like to thank Waldo fr his good ineatiative. We spent a nice day dismantling the Murena, learned soting new about the construction and disantling of the Murena, and ofcause I got some parts for maintenance of my Murena.
Also a warm thanks to waldos parents who accepted us messing around at their premessis. And I am sorry that we (actually I) poured a few liter of black engine oil onto the factory's driveway when I turned the engine upside down.

Hi Hans

I need a complete vacuum headlamp system as the original has been removed from my car. Servo, vacuum tank, non-return valve, emergency raising cable.  I've got the solenoid valve, but I need a cover for it.  I also need a heater water valve and a front bumper rubber.  My car is actually a 1.6, but I think these parts should be the same.  Are you willing to ship to the uk?

Hi Pete,

I don't mind shipping to the UK, but I have to have a closer look at the parts from the salvaged car. As far as I remember the vacuum servo, valve etc. didn't look great  Sad

I'll keep you posted,
Valdemar

You would be far safer with a re-core.  Second hand radiators do not travel very well!

yahh.. or just fork out the cash for a new one..... the cooling system really isn't a place where you want to save..

Anyway.. If I recall correctly, the radiator on Waldos spareparts car didn't look too good.
