The simplest way to do this is to fit the manifold and carbs from a Bagheera. These are downdraught Webers, but I don't remember the type. They are tuneable and spares are available. I don't know what kind of power can be expected - probably very little more than the engine delivers originally, but it will look good

This means "Inlet manifold for 2 Weber 40/45 DCOE (Murena 1600)", and HT means that there's no VAT on the price. AFAIR the french VAT is some 17%, but I'm not sure.
And on top of that you need to add all the ancillaries... carburettors, linkage, horns, filters/airbox etc etc etc
