The problem of the second forum (diva) is the attitude of some participants.

This is far from encouraging to share documents.
It seems to be a common belief nowadays to think that whatever is published can be copied everywhere without reference to the source.
I even see a so called belgian specialist
who likes to do it and in public is boasting to be against it
