Bolts for steel and alloy rims.
Our Espace had steel rims fitted with summer tires when I purchased it. This winter we have got winter tires fitted on the steel rims size 195/65 R15.
On the German E-bay I have purchased a set of alloy rims as they are fitted to the Espace 3 liter V6. If the winter ever ends I will use the alloy rims with tries 225/55 R16 during the summer.
My question is: Can I use the bolts from the steel rims or due I need different bolts for the alloy rims? If I need special bots for the alloy rims does anyone know the specifications?

Thanks Hans

The alloys do have a specific bolt. They are longer than the bolt for steel wheels & also have a washer to stop the bolt damaging the alloy as you do it up.
