My Espace V6 24v 1999.
Coolant level indicator alarm even if the tank is full. Not every time but quite often.
I am from Finland and part of the English badly. I write to Google translator.

Hi Alfistipohjoosesta.
I don't know the V6 model, my 4 cylinder model has no such alarm. The problem could be the level switch itself. If there is an electrical connection for the switch you could disconnect it and see if the alarm disappears.
If the alarm does not go away then try short circiuting the the two wires and see if that makes it disappear.
If one of these methods works then the switch is most likely the problem.
Cleaning the tank and the switch could help if its possible to get at it.
I use some form of bottle brush for cleaning the reservoir

Thanks. I studied in more detail. I did not notice the sensor. But it must be there.

En huomaa paisuntasäiliössä mitään anturia tai kohtaa mihin menisi sähköjohtoja. Joutuuko irroittamaan jotain että sen löytää?

There is no coolant level alarm on Espace III, it must be another fault symbol you are getting.

Can you post a photo of the alarm you are seeing?

...sounds more like a petrol tank than a coolant tank

Thanks and sorry.
Previous writings was in Finnish. A copy of the Google Translate wrong point. And I noticed the error.
I write:"I do not find any sensor in the expansion tank or a point to go to electrical cables. Be forced to detach something that finds it?"
It would not be supported to think about what it means to the image view the manual. That's too high temperature warning. Because it's the temperature gauge shows normal temperature so it is a sensor or a cable problem.
