Hi all!

Its been a while since you saw my ugly posts here, but I'm steadily
making small progress on my now orange/black bastard 78 rebuild.

Car is orange and interior is black. It was white with white/blue interior.
Everything so far has been possible to redress into black or orange, but
I now find my self at a difficult passage - the door handles, mine are
blue.

I could try to cover them i black vinyl, but I figure it would be much
easier if I could find some original blacks - though I'm not sure there
were blacks ??

With the Blue & White tweed, came of course Blue colored door handles.

Indead, with a non original orange body, this is an odd combination.

Orange Vulcain ( Nitrolac 3352) 1978 Bagheera S came with a Brown & White tweed and brown door handles.
Unless it would be back in production, you will never find this fabric anymore.

Black & White tweed could be a suitable alternative but in that shape were only used inn 1978, on Es palmador blue and on Electric grey bagheera. It is even rarer.

Black door handles can be found at HB Pieces but 1 of the 2 would have a different grain (difficult to spot)
For the seats, I still have a correct 1979 passenger seat in black & white, also the part on the dashboard but you need to remmember that these were shaped differently.
No other pieces to provide. Not even an address
