Yes, and he wrote that he wants to finance his new project with the sale of this ...ähmmm Bagheera (??). Means that he wants to hurt another car !

But here´s something that could you make smile ( okay, except the glas-roof). But looks like a very good condition for a very nice price. But it is more than 2000 kilometres away from Bønnerup. :-(

When I looked at the first photo of it sandwiched between the 205 and Celica it reminded me of some kit car and it's taken me a while to remember it's name.  All I could think of was 'Electron' but it looks nothing like a fairthorpe Electron.  Then it came to me ... 'Centron' ... built by GP who were a popular manufacturer of VW based beach buggies in the UK in the 1970's.

So I found some images of the GP Centron and since it's considerably better proportioned, I've cruelly maligned it.

That red Bagheera is probably trying to be like a Ferrari but it looks more like a camel with that humped front end.  Usually the reason for such curvature of the front wings of a sports car is because the cockpit is very low slung in relation to the front wheels and suspension, as in my favourite lust item, the Alfa Romeo Tipo 33 Stradale.  In the Bagheera it looks horrendous because it's been built up high where there is no need.

This is 19000€.  If you look closely you can see a Bagheera under there, trying to escape!  Undecided

Why, I'd have thought with all those extra panels the cars even slower, odd really when your trying emulate a really fast car! Still as much as I want to laugh/cry it's each to their own..

You do not have to kill incent Matra on order to build your own Ferrari. An old Toyota as a basis will do.

Wow.  A first generation Celica, which are now quite sought after.  I was expecting a second generation MR2!

I've seen the Peugeot 406 Coupé get the Ferrari 360 Modena treatment and even a triumph TR7 dressed as an F40 on eBay.
