greetings all

can anyone recommend a supplier of injectors for mk3 espace 2.2dci in uk/europe ?

my espace still has all the original injectors and they are playing up im in new zealand and bosch common rail injectors start at $600 (300GBP)  and most expensive is $1900 (800GBP) each !. renault diesels are very rare here so bosch technician couldnt give me exact price for injector without part number but even at cheapest price a whole set would cost more than i paid for the car.

i have seen reconditioned units for  85GDP but  i really want brand new improved version injectors for peace of mind so if anyone knows of a reliable supplier with reasonable prices i would be really grateful.

I will have a look,
you could consider buying genuine bosch service kit & having them done local?

You need new ones, if they fail its the injector housing that fails - meaning a service/rep kit will do no good (normally). Tried to rebuild a couple of failed ones at a Bosch specialist with all special tools and test equippment but to no luck.

yes bosch said same thing here they have tried rebuilding them and high pressure test passes but they leakback excessively due to worn housing that is virtually undetectable till you test it out after rebuild, an expensive gamble im not willing to take !

after much digging around the cheapest new injectors i could find are 175GDP from darwen diesels in the uk which is less than half the price i would have to pay in new zealand.

so if you need anything to do with injection systems they stock all major brands and are very prompt.  darwendiesels.com
