It's not an S though, only 1 carb and it hasn't got the S sills.  Were those louvres ever an option?

I don't think that the louvers were ever an option. Nor were the hideous bumpers or that rear spoiler.
It has also non original beam lights and indicator lights. Or are those some stick on reflectors.
And what is that white thing on top of the fuel tank?

I think this car was repainted. See the part of the lock mechanism on the B pillar. It is red... and decals are also strange.
However it is in good condition.
The white thing at the top of the fuel tank may be a 2 way valve. Oetker mentioned a bulletin in this topic:

How odd!  It's the same seller though.  I think that the bumpers and the lights on the side have been added in order to meet local regulations.  If you look at the view of the back, there seems to be the nameplate of a German supplier.  I don't think the seller is being totally honest about its origins.
