Hello,

The replacement we have are the original ones but overhauled(like new).

When you send me the old ones I can send you them in a week.

Price 225 for a set with exchange of the old

With kind regards

Ruud Jong

This was the answer I got from Carjoy....

None the wiser....

Matramurena, since you speak the language and indeed have a set of the mirrors, could i please ask you to have a chat with Ruud corcerning the nicer looking mirrors....?

I would say you are crazy yes  Wink

And yes, seems like your norwegian is coming along fine too  Wink

Thanx M8

Nice brakes by the way, but how will this affect the allready tight fit of the caliper in the holder....?
And real powder coating? How were you able to bake them to get it properly? Have been considering doing the same my self....

Powdercoating equipment:

A normal oven does the trick of curing the part. I think the callipers will still fit, but if not I can always clear the edges with a small grinding machine with a brush on it.... Come to think of it, I still have to coat the callipers itself..... Cheesy

It's 225 for a pair of the mirrors that I have when you return Carjoy your old ones. I don't know what it costs when you don't want to return him your mirrors....

I thought to bring you an update as to what I have been up to...

The V6 is now installed in the car and it is running perfectly. I had some problems though, like overheating the engine, a snapped in half driveshaft etc. But I think I have tackled most of it now. Still have to find a lower place to mount the fuel-pump and attach an air-filter to the inlet and then the V6 wil be running perfectly.

So now I am thinking about placing a supercharger on it... An Eaton M62 would just fit in between the engine and passenger bay... Cheesy

Here's some pics of the car now. The vid is at normal driving speeds. I have to be sure I don't brake the drive-shaft again (and if I do I want it to be in the afternoon when I have time to wait for the help-service).
