Do you have the vehicle hand book Kristian?  This is the sort of information that is contained in them.  If you don't have one, I would have thought one of the other Espace III owners here might have a hand book and could check for you.  I'll check Dialogys later, but I'm not sure it will be in there, and it has been too long since I saw one of these cars, let alone worked on one, so I can't remember now.

I have scanned and attached all 4 pages from the English 'Driver's Handbook' relating to air bags and as you will see there is no mention of the possibility to disable the airbags for the front passenger and seat.

The air bags will still be on if the seat is turned. I have had my seats out and did not see a switch under the seat or on the swivel mechanism to disable the air bag when it is turned and you would not really expect there to be because the seat swivel function is intended only for use when the vehicle is static.

The only method looks like being if it is possible to disable only the passenger side using the CLIP (dealer diagnostics and settings computer) but it is more probable that all air bags are disabled using the computer.

@Martin   thanks for your time to try to solve this problem.

I just move forward back seat as much as I can, so my wife can reach child. That's the only solution  Wink

Thanks again

Greetings
