Is there anyone on this forum who have experience with Politecnic?
I have transferred the money for an exhaust system for my Murena 2.2 but they do not respond by mail and have not confirmed receipt of my money.

Have seen on other forums that they are known to not respond to your mail.
Do I have reason to be concerned?

I have dealt with Politecnic in the past and had no problem emailing with Cyril, but he doesn't speak English so I translated my emails into French for him.  This was some years ago so things may have changed.

Hi Terje,
I purchased a front bumper from Politechnic this year. The only problem was they indicated they were in-stock after a friend spoke to them in French on the phone. It then turned out they were then made to order after sending them the money, so there was a production delay. Hopefully this may be the case with your order?
Do you know anyone French speaking to give them a call? If it helps p.m. me the order information and I will try and make a call on your behalf.

Hi Graham,

It would be absolutely brilliant if you could do it!
If I do not hear anything from them this week so I am sending you a PM.
Thank you Graham!

Regards
Terje
