Hi

On my Espace 2.0 16V year 2001 I need to replace ignition lock I have bought a second hand ignition lock and associated door lock in order not to have more than one key.
Is there any special trick to observe, anyone who has some pictures showing how to remove the trimming around the steering without damaging it?

At the same time as the ignition lock died (it will not allow the start motor to be activated) the coolant indicator started to flash (flashing constantly and only showing one bar all the time). I assume these to incidents are not linked. Is the flashing caused by a faulty temperature sensor or something else?

regards

It maybe that your dash display is faulty. Are you sure it is the temp & not oil? If you are low on oil it will flash the temperature indicator.

the sensor is fitted to the front of the engine near the air con compressor.
Just check that coolant indicator changes from the oil warning to the temp.
