Hi People
just found the site today and must say its nice to find a place where its dedicated to the Matras
I've got a 1998 Grand Espace 2.2dt RXE with just over 150,000 miles on the clock.I bought it 4 months ago as it was the only people carrier I liked the styling of,that was big enough for 2 adults 5 kids ranging from 13>4 and a 8 stone St Bernard. It's got a full Renault service history and I have all the service sheets aswell, the previous owner was a retired Policeman and looked after it very well with no expense spared.   I'm very happy with it Grin

my question is it's coming up for service and I want to know if there is a oil service warning and can I reset it myself? as I will service it myself.I've already had to put an oil cooler on which was not too bad

I hope somebody knows the answer Embarrassed

There is no service warning anywhere on your car so there's nothing you need to do there Wink

Great to hear from you!

Espace, because it's worth it!

Euro Car Parts are able to supply an increasing number of parts for the Espace at about half the price of main dealer. Most of the filters they supply are either genuine (the last engine oil filters I got for my 2.2dCi came in Renault boxes) or are made by Purflux who supply the filters to Renault. Quite often you get the choice of genuine and various "will-fit" brands.

Order on-line for next day delivery or from one of their branches.

By the way.... I don't work for them if the above comes across as an advert.... It's just that I've had quality parts at good prices and with good service and I'm sure that you will experience the same if you want to service the vehicle yourself without paying main dealer prices for the same article.

Hope you continue to enjoy your Espace.
