At last years SMT meet at Beaulieu I saw a few Murena's with towbars fitted. I gather it was even a dealer or factory option at one time. Unfortunately I didn't take any photos underneath which show the mounting points.

Does anyone have any photos or information showing how these might be mounted as I'd like to investigate this?

Thanks!

Mine had a towbar fitted when I bought it.  It was bolted to the 'boot' or luggage compartment at the rear of the car with thick bars on the inside running the width of the boot.  There was also a thick bar which projected forward and bolted to the channel that runs in the middle of the boot.  I am 6000 miles from my car at the moment so I hope this explanation is of some help - there will be no pictures!!

Thanks Ron, I can picture that.
I quite fancy the idea of fitting one, it's quite a novel idea on a car like this.
