I very much doubt if any one will have these as spares now or be prepared to let go of them if they do have them.
Simon in Germany do have reproduction items for sale. If you ring them the postage charges should be less than ordering online hopefully?

When I first got my Murena I ordered Simons Gaither and plastic cover. I never installed them because the quality was so poor that the original, cracks and all, looked better. The plasstic cover had the gear markings as a cheap sticker rather than the imprinted original.

If it is just the gaiter that you need, these guys will do you a custom one if you send your old one.  Excellent quality.
