Matra Rims
February 10, 2026, 12:33:13 PM
Hello Everyone,

I'm looking for different rims for my future Matra, because the current owner won't sell his Gotti rims :(
So I'm looking for 7J15 ET20. I know that Fiat, Alfa and Lancia have the same 4x98 bolt circle. But I don't know if they have the same centering fit. Does anybody know the fitting measure of the Matras?

Thanks in advance.

Hello Daveorwhat, welcome to the forum! Sounds tough getting a car without wheels. Anyway, it gives you opportunities to choose what's perfect for you. I like the car with 14 inch rims, but I think you more or less have the info you need. The orinal alloy rims are 6J14 ET29. Roy have summarised the details including hub spigot diameter on https://www.matraclub.org.uk/faqg.html
1982 Talbot Matra Murena 2.2 prep 142 (under restoration)

Used to own:
2001 Renault Matra Grand Espace "The Race" V6 24v
1997 Renault Matra Espace 2.0 8V
1987 Renault Matra Espace J11 2.2
