In an attempt to improve my gearchange I took the gear lever and top hat washer off to examine them for wear. Put it all back together and now I can't always get 5th or reverse.

I wonder if i turned the gear lever around 180 degrees by accident when i put it back, but I'm usually pretty careful.

The drawing that I used for reference was not much help. Can anyone show in what order the washer, nut and base should go together?

These are all the photos I took - it wasn't the best light:

I need to get it working again and then go back to trying to reduce the play in it.

On my Murena there is a detent to prevent you from accidentaly going into reverse. If you turn the shifter 180 degrees that may be the problem. Will look for photos.
