Both front o/s and n/s doors have dropped which has resulted with the interior door hands breaking off, there fore unable to open doors from the inside (very embarassing). Can the door pins be replaced with the door on the car or is it take door off and replace pins then replace door. Any help

Are you positive the doors have dropped as this is very rare and unlikely. Have you had someone check the pins/hinges for movement whilst attemptimg to lift the doors in the semi-open position? If the doors are catching, you need to check carefully just exactly where they are catching. I have seen other problems that make the doors difficult to open and it could be one of these, not worn pins.
Since you seem to have a lot of problems with your Espace, why not get it checked professionally by someone like the AA or RAC who offer an independant service and understand vehicles and will highlight all they find. It's better than guessing or trying to have all your answers from a forum where people cannot see and examine the vehicle.
