Hello all.
I am in deep need of information regarding the adjustment of the carburator on a J11. I have had no succes looking here in Denmark so maybe one in this forum have relevant info. It is the Weber 28/36 Dara 0 and especially with focus on the adjustment of the automatic bimetallic choke. The tekst and illustration in the Haynes book does not comply - looks very much the same but is not.

Thanks in advance.
Hope You all enjoy the holiday season.

Here is feedback regarding the carburettor adjustment. I ended with getting it running better than ealier with a combination of knowledge and luck. Knowledge from other forums and also a book from Haynes that is specifically about carburettors. In this book this particular carb. is described closely and it all helped. I never found the original ajustment marks on the housing to ajust the automatic chocker, but managed to get it to run well.
Main issue to get it to run well when cold and in "freigang" is to have the "initial Throttle opening" ajusted to 0.8 mm - mine was closed.
Good knowledge was also found at "http://www.racetep.com/webjettune.html" and "www.webercarbs.com"
Ok all for now - thanks again for your interest, Best regards

Hej Per Wink

Good to get the information, it is mist likely useful to others though I think the number of people wanting to keep the carburetted Espace's running is reducing Cheesy
