I might be needing to replace some of the ball joints in the front suspension, and was just wondering if these can be sourced locally (Talbot Solara ? )

Indeed they can, or at least I could through my mechanic who got them from a single source - they were different makes, but worked fine. Talbot Solara or Simca 1X00 all works, I think.

Yes, Talbot Solara, 1510, Horizon, Simca 1100, 1307, 1308 - all the same.
