No idea how these parts are called so no idea what to search for. Both the big block connector as well as that blue plastic flexible wiring print thing of the dashboard instrument cluster thingy look in terrible shape. Now I could probably bodge something together with actual wire and faston terminals as it looks fairly basic but if there's new parts at a reasonable price available still I don't see the point in going through all that trouble.
Any tips?
I technically have a spare cluster but that still leaves the block and I kind of prefer to repair and if possible improve the old one.

FYI The flexible wiring in thin plastic on the back of the instrument panel is called a wiring membrane.

I think that they can be made to order through https://jlcpcb.com/ or a similar provider. They're just calling them flex pcbs there. Not sure how to handle the connections though. I'll need time to see if it is possible and how but it's a step in the right direction and for the moment everything still works so hopefully I'll figure it out before it does eventually break. Probably will need to work new lights in as well... 🤔
