Genuine Matra Spare Parts - where are they prodused?

Just out of curiosity - anyone know if Matra still produces the Matra parts, where are they made etc ?
Occaisonally i order genuine parts for the Espace labeled Matra, this is parts only made for the Espace and not taken from Renault stock when the car was designed.

Like now, recieved 2 door switches in Matra labeled packing - one dated 20.01.2009 and the other dated 20.02.2009

I am a bit concerned about the future availability of Matra parts for the Espace - since Matra no longer produces cars if i am correct.

It seams to me that RENAULT has newer been very interested in the Matra Espace.
So most likely we will only be able to get spare parts for our Espace “as long as stock last”.

I think they have a contract, and Matra is still the parts source for the Espace's as long as their obligation lasts. However, now that Matra no longer has an interest in keeping spare parts prices at a reasonable level, they have increased a good deal. Renault is probably also adding a good "handling" share, but this is no doubt a "cash cow" for Matra.
