RenaultXR25 diagnostic machine

Has anybody got the diagnostic code cards that go with this item please? We managed to find all the software to run on the pc but need the cards, any help would be appreciated.

I have complete cards english version no.17 on pdf file (about 25 Mb), have latest no.18 complete with my XR25 machine but havent transferred them to electronic media.
